The Active meditation will shake off impressions of the week, leaving a pure space of calm and stillness.
Many meditative techniques require one to sit still and silent. But for most of us accumulated stress in our body and mind makes that difficult. Before we can hope to access our inner powerhouse of consciousness, we need to let go of our tensions.
Active Meditations have been scientifically designed by Osho over a period of time to enable us to consciously express and experience repressed feelings and emotions, and learn the knack of watching our habitual patterns in a new way.
During the session we will:
• Prepare and explain the different stages of the meditation.
• Cleanse the energy field and ensure everyone is at ease with their own space.
• Give our gratitude and feedback if we desire at the end of the Meditation.
In this loving environment, with meditation, beautiful music and guided visualization the group energy will be very powerful as the entire room will resonate with the energy of the whole, and shifting of consciousness might be experienced as well.
