A deep exploration of the art of Meditation & Mindfulness in this intensive One Weekend course; you will be guided to find your individual approach towards the state of awareness in a enjoyable and funny way!

In this course we will cover:

The Basics of the Art of meditation: relaxing, watching, not judging. Meditation & Awareness: Good practice to helps us to see the automation and routine of the mind clearly and how to stay in the here and now of the present moment. Mindfulness for newHumans mind – OSHO Active Meditation™: Physical and cathartic activity followed by relaxation and stillness. Alertness is when you are aware of your body sensations, thoughts and feelings in a self-accepting way and without judgement. That is when meditation starts happening. Meditation techniques for stress reduction – They are simple, time-effective strategies to reduce tensions. Ways to minimize chronic unhealthy patterns in our everyday lives. How to overcome the obstacles to meditation –  Understanding the transient nature of feelings – Dropping desires & planning. Dealing with different emotions. Quietening the chattering mind.
