Monday night to start the new week in a meditative way

This meeting lasts about an hour and helps you receive inspiration and motivation to keep your meditative practice continuous and constant, so as not to stop! Contact and exchange with others is the secret of continuity.

You also have the opportunity to practice meditation together, to ask questions and get answers and to share experiences related to meditative practice and its application on the issues and difficulties of life.
